This place suits me perfectly, offering excellent wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a cozy coffee shop. The staff even helped me with currency exchange during my first stay. I highly recommend trying the restaurant! I'm coming back for a weekend.

The location was ideal for sightseeing, yet the noise from nearby restaurants was disruptive. The staff were pleasant, though not particularly proactive, but I appreciated the friendly cleaning lady who brightened my mornings.

loud music

the hotel was almost charming, except for the broken windows and loud music blasting late at night. i really thought i’d get better treatment, however, instead of an upgrade for the chaos, i was dismissed! it’s shameful. too many stairs and a dirty room made me reconsider even the tiniest compliments. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

great location

the location in valdivia is perfect—close to all the major attractions! the staff were super friendly and really made our stay enjoyable. we also loved the recreation opportunities like the spa tub, which was a great way to unwind after a long day.

The family room we stayed in offered a cozy atmosphere, perfect for our two children. We loved the convenient location, allowing us to easily explore attractions like the Blue Mosque nearby. The breakfast spread was delightful and included a variety of tasty options.

In my wife’s opinion, the steep stairs were quite challenging for our kids.
